As a student ,way back in 1978 , I along with two of my friends attended a cultural programme at Soochana Bhawan where Dr. Das had delivered a talk.. After the programme was over it was about 10.45 P.M. He was so kind to ask us to accompany him in his car and dropped us at Vani Vihar . His demise is indeed a grest national loss.
